Returns & Refunds policy
We only accept returns in the following cases: :
- The item you received is defective or damaged.
- The item you received is not what you ordered.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable unless it has been proven to be an error on our account.
Any customs and import duties paid by the customer will not be refunded by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your order number and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after deilvery.
Tour merch
Unfortunately we are not able to refund and/or exchange an item bought at a concert.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at exocoreofficial@gmail.com
Exchanges
We only replace items it the are defective or damaged.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
